1. Nature of Services
Asil Services provides digital services, including website design, development, and related consulting. Because our services are custom, time-based, and digital in nature, they are generally non-returnable once work has started.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Before Work Begins: If you request cancellation before our team has started work on your project, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any payment processing fees.
- Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our fault, you may qualify for a partial or full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Work has already begun and progress has been made.
- Delays are caused by the client’s lack of response, missing materials, or change of requirements.
- The client changes their mind after project initiation.
- The project is completed according to the agreed specifications.
4. Revision Policy (In Place of Refunds)
Instead of refunds, we offer revisions to ensure satisfaction. The number of revisions depends on the service package or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may require an extra fee.
5. Project Cancellation
You may cancel your project by contacting us at support@asil-services.com.
Any eligible refund will be calculated based on the portion of work not yet completed.
6. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of current or future services. We encourage clients to reach out so we can resolve issues promptly and fairly.
